Shipping and Returns

Delivery Service:

We service the majority of southern and central Ontario via our own fleet of trucks on a weekly basis.  Rural areas and overflow may be delivered using contracted carriers from time to time.  Please call our office for our delivery day for your area.  Orders for next day delivery should be placed before 11:00 am the day prior to your delivery day to guarantee delivery.  

Prepaid Minimums:

Southern Ontario:  $650

Northern Ontario - Call for minimum, freight surcharges may apply

Maritimes - $1200, freight surcharges may apply

BC - Manitoba:  Call for minimum, freight surcharges may apply

Due to the fluctuating cost of fuel a fuel surcharge may be applied with notice.


All returns must be approved prior to being sent back and include a fully completed Return Form.  Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging and free of any retail price stickers.  Perishable items must have a minimum of 6 months remaining before the expiry date.  A 20% restocking charge may be applied.  Please contact your sales rep or our office for details and approvals.


Items claimed for credit from frequent buyer, coupons, or other claims must meet the manufacturers policy to receive credit. In the event a credit request does not meet the manufacturers policy we will not be able to process the claim.

Shipping Damages or Discrepancies:

All shipping damages or discrepancies must be called into our office within 24 hours of receiving the shipment in order to receive a credit.
