About Us
Manchester Pet Supplies was formed as a small pet specialty company in 1999 carrying only 6 brands of pet products. Today, we are proud to be a family-owned and operated national pet distributor with over 100,000 square feet in Brantford, ON. Over the years we have partnered with over 75 vendors giving an extensive product mix, superior margins, and product value.
In 2018, we put a substantial investment into distributing frozen cooked and raw pet food and now carry numerous leading brands.
In early 2020 we expanded our warehouse with another 10,000 square feet and added a freezer to handle the continued growth of Raw Pet Food.
In 2022, significant investments were made to our technology platform. A warehouse management system for enhanced picking accuracy and inventory control. Demand planning software to ensure inventory is in the warehouse when needed, an updated website and app, and vendor portals for real time, customized reporting.
In 2025, we moved distribution operations into our new facility sprawling over 100,000 square feet and over 6,000 pallet locations. With the move, has come a substantial updating of our office space and a new freezer spanning over 10,000 square feet. In order to stay efficient and provide the best service, we have continued to invest in technology implementing AI and other platforms wherever possible.
